With over 20 years of operational management experience Victor has directed business & non nonprofits in strategic HR management, Total Rewards management, operational excellence, change management, employee relations, management of culture and organizational development issues, learning and development, talent acquisition and budget management. Victor’s key skills and abilities include strategic business partnering, strategy development and alignment for organizational effectiveness, problem solving and effective operations management including budgeting, sub grants and procurement management.
