First became interested in global economies and emerging markets at the age of 16 having volunteered to construct community grain storage units in rural Honduras. After graduating from Wheaton College and an initial five years work experience in the construction trades and light manufacturing Tim emigrated from metro New York to southern France. In the 90s he relocated to Morocco and has since worked in seven industries, five continents and over 30 countries. Tim is professionally fluent in French, American English and in basic Moroccan Arabic. He has 15 plus years of operational management experience in Francophone West and Central Africa. He has started multiple small businesses, managed start-ups, fast-growth and turn-arounds in business, public and international development sectors in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Having spent the last three years internationally,  Tim is now consulting from France in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Coaching.  In 2017-18 he worked  with Oxfam Int’l in MENA  & in 2016 as a Global Capacity Building Expert and Executive Coach working for ACF Paris (Action Contre La Faim). In addition to consulting, Tim works with international clients in real estate sales and as a Professor at IPAG Business School in Nice, France. Tim is a father of three globally based, young adults and loves hiking, birding, camping, snowboarding, cooking, French wine and sunsets.
